The Trackpack is a complete hydraulic power unit with boom are and rail trolley, designed to allow the use of multiple work heads without the need for numerous power supplies. A quick change boom allows an easy change over from one head to another, with adjustable counterbalance positioning so the weight on the operator handles never exceeds 3 – 5g. Power source is from either Honda Gas or Yanmar Diesel engines. All electric start machines have a night light option. All work heads come with Emergency stops and hydraulic hose covers as standard.

Description
The Trackpack power pack with trolley and E-clip workhead and 1 set of Clip up and un-clip jaws for 16″ & 18″ Victor Plates are a complete hydraulic power unit. This unit is equipped with a boom and rail trolley, designed to allow the use of multiple work heads without the need for numerous power supplies. A quick change boom allows an easy change over from one head to another, with adjustable counterbalance positioning so the weight on the operator handles never exceeds 3 – 5g.

- Inserts and removes clips on both sides of the rail simultaneously
- One side of the machine can be locked out allowing single sided clipping if required.
- Unique landing style uses the sleeper as the datum, not the head of the rail. This allows the clipper to function correctly even when sleepers have dropped up to ¾” or when used on older rail with significant head wear.
- Drive adjustment enables the operator to prevent over driving of clips.
- Tool less set up on track for a given rail seat. 1 spanner required to adjust for different rail seats. All adjustment spacers held captive on machine.
